Stoneveil Studio offers individual glass-and-stone objects through this website. These terms apply to purchases through our store, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product information

Each one-of-one listing is offered as a single piece. Please review its dimensions, included components, photographs, and care instructions. Styled images may use AI-assisted backgrounds or arrangements. Flowers, water, and styling props are not included unless a listing expressly says otherwise. This does not limit remedies for damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods.

Prices and payment

Store prices are shown in USD. Please review the total, shipping charge, and any displayed taxes at checkout before ordering. We cover import duties and import taxes for U.S. orders as described in our Shipping Policy. Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders and delivery

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. If an availability or fulfilment issue arises, we will contact you to resolve it and refund any amount due where the order cannot be fulfilled. Processing times, service coverage, and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Purchases are final sale for change of mind, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. The same policy explains how we handle damage, incorrect items, and delivery issues. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
